Shipping Costs and Delivery times.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We strive to process and dispatch all orders promptly, but please note that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

For domestic orders within Australia, we use Australia Post Express for fast delivery. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

For international orders, shipping is handled via DHL Express. Both shipping methods are registered and traceable, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. International standard parcels typically arrive within 3 to 10 working days.

Responsability

It is your responsibility to provide the correct delivery address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we are not responsible for re-sending the order at our expense.

If your order does not arrive, please inform us, and we will initiate an inquiry with the courier. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage that occurs during or after delivery. Replacements for lost items will be considered at our discretion.

Taxes and Duties
